ShopBooks supports digital CCC ONE repair order PDFs — the standard PDFs generated after completing an estimate in CCC. Files must be native digital PDFs, not scanned documents or photos. At this time, CCC Pathways and other non-CCC formats aren't supported. Not sure if your file will work? Just upload it and ShopBooks will instantly verify compatibility.
