Derived Data

Payment Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on third-party infrastructure. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend maintaining your own copies of important documents.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the service, to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Data Retention and Deletion
We handle different types of data as follows:
- Uploaded files: Processed upon upload and automatically deleted within 15 days. We are not responsible for files that have been deleted in accordance with this policy.
- Extracted invoice data: Structured data extracted from your uploads (such as line items, amounts, and dates) is retained for as long as your account is active to provide invoicing and reporting features. De-identified extracted data may be retained after account deletion.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed in accordance with this policy.
- Backups: Routine backups may temporarily retain copies of data beyond the periods stated above. Backup copies are purged on a rolling basis.
We may also retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Your Choices
You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with this policy, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate business needs.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
